How do I check the status of my order?
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
- If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@eatdoro.com [CG4] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes. Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If you have any issues, please contact info@eatdoro.com for more information.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
General Return Policy
DORO meal kits are perishable. Due to the nature of perishable goods, we do not accept returns on these items. However, if your DORO meal kits arrive damaged or spoiled, please contact us immediately at info@eatdoro.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these cases on an individual basis and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
*If you place an order and are not home to receive it, DORO is not responsible for replacing damaged or spoiled products because they are neglected and not refrigerated on a timely basis.
