Damages & Issues

We have taken careful measures to ensure that your order is packaged properly and shipped at the appropriate speed so that it arrives in great condition and is safe to enjoy.  From time-to-time customers may receive packages that are damaged or effective by extreme seasonal temperatures.   

If you have concerns about the condition of your order, or you believe that your order is not safe to consume, please send photos of your package to our Customer Support team at info@eatdoro.com within 7 days of delivery. While temperature cannot be displayed through a photo, seeing the contents of the package will help us to determine the cause of any damage to your order. We handle these cases on an individual basis and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Keep in mind that while our products require refrigeration, they are safe to enjoy as long as they arrive cool to the touch. You can read the Instructions/Storage section on our FAQs product page to learn more about how it should arrive and how it should be stored upon arrival.
